That care begins with our coaches. Behavioral health coaches help members overcome emotional challenges, from relationship and sleep issues to anxiety and depression, all through text-based chats.
And just as coaches support our members, we support our coaches. As part of a care team, coaches collaborate with each other and with therapists and psychiatrists as needed to ensure each member receives seamless, quality care.
Coaches also receive weekly training and opportunities for personal and professional development. Plus, on top of excellent health benefits, we give each employee a wellness stipend to use on a range of expenses like exercise equipment, fitness trackers, even massages.
